INLINGUA MALTA offers General English courses for beginners, Advanced English courses and course in Advanced Business English.

Students joining a group course at INLINGUA MALTA have the choice of continuing their studies at any other Inlingua Centre in the world.  Inlingua has 300 centres in 30 countries worldwide!

The School is situated in central Sliema, but other locations are also used during the peak months.  The premises are air-conditioned. 

STUDY & LEISURE 

Inlingua works in collaboration with Nova Travel Services to organize tours for its students around the best places of interest in Malta and Gozo.  The school also organizes Sports activities like scuba diving, golf, tennis and water sports; evening activities include a beach BBQ, disco nights, boat parties, wine tasting and cinema.  For juniors, the school arranges trips to the Splash & Fun Water Slide Park, the Mediterraneo Marine Park, Popeye’s Village Theme Park; organizes go-karting, treasure hunts and other similar activities.  During July and August, Inlingua organizes a special Inlingua Student Party, where all students are invited to join the fun and meet other colleagues from different countries.

HOLIDAY COURSE – suitable for beginners to advanced level – 15 lessons a week – maximum 10 students

This is ideal for those students who want to combine studying English with a great holiday experience, improving their communication skills in everyday situations, whilst building on grammar and vocabulary.

HOLIDAY COURSE 30 – suitable for beginners to advanced levels – 30 lessons a week – maximum 10 students

This course allows students of all levels to be completely immersed in the English language.  Students progress swiftly and rapidly during this course because lessons revolve around exposing how the English language is used in real life situations.

HOLIDAY COURSE INTENSIVE – suitable for beginners to advanced level – 20 lessons a week – maximum 10 students

 Same as a normal holiday course with morning lessons and free time in the afternoon.

MINI INTENSIVE COURSE – suitable for beginners to advanced level – 30 lessons a week – maximum 6 students

This is an intensive course for students who want to make the maximum progress in the shortest time.  Lessons are held from morning till afternoon.

 HOST FAMILIES

INLINGUA has over 300 host families available, all of whom are carefully screened to meet the conditions needed before receiving a nationally recognized license.  All host families are within walking distance or a short bus ride away from the school.  Host family stays can be either on BB, HB (breakfast and dinner) or FB (breakfast, packed lunch and dinner).

For those students who prefer to stay in a hotel, INLINGUA has special arrangements including student prices in a variety of hotels within the surroundings of the school. Prices for hotels, guesthouses and self-catering apartments are available upon request.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BOOKING  

* Payment for courses must be made before the course begins

* No refunds will be given once the course has started, although in certain cases the school, at its discretion, may offer credit towards future courses.  A cancellation fee equivalent to one week’s accommodation and tuition will apply for all cancellations received within one week of the course starting date.

* It is strongly recommended that students obtain a travel insurance before traveling, which should include cancellation cover and medical coverage.

* The school is closed on public holidays but lessons will be made up on other days.

* The school is open from Monday to Friday.  New students start on Mondays at 09:00 (during peak season at 08:00) with a Placement Test, which serves to assess the student’s level of English, hence placing the student in the right class grade.

* The school reserves the right to offer one-to-one lessons in the afternoon or at the place of accommodation, during high season.

* Students may be required to purchase or borrow additional course books as they move to a higher level.

* If accommodation is cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date, Inlingua reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee.  In the case of a ‘no show’, Inlingua reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee for family accommodation. 

* In the event hat all single rooms in host families have been allocated, Inlingua holds the right to allocate sharing rooms.
